Egomania - Planet Ego Drone Orchestra (2003) repost

 Hello again, 

this time I will introduce to you "Planet Ego Drone Orchestra", an Egomania Record from 2003. I made the first piece called "I Am Flying" in July 2003 and was excited about it. Next thing was, listening again to "Om Helos Ra". This track is one of my personal all time favourites. An excerpt of it was on my record "Moon" from 2000. I made a new mix of the whole piece and after that, I was looking for another long drone thing to complete the CD, I found the 2002 track "Planet Ego Drone Orchestra" perfect title for the whole thing and so here it is.

All of this done live and spontaneously out of the moment. And still I love it to listen to these tracks. Timeless space journeys.

Egomania - Early Electronics - A Compilation (Re-Up)

Early Electronics. This is a 2 CD Compilation out of six or seven, where I collected my earliest adventures in electronic music. The Journey starts in 1993, the year we started the Lay De Fear Experience, that wakened my interest in electronic music. before the early 90's I didn't like electronic music at all, but in the early nineties Chris of Lay De Fear lead my interest to 70's industrial music, like the early Cabaret Voltaire. The other influence in electonics is my younger brother, a DJ, who mad his way from EBM music to Techno in the late 80's. The first three tracks reflect my enthusiam for Cabaret Voltaire and the fourth track is my very first approach into techno music. Tracks 5 -8 are taken from Egomania - First. After the Lay De Fear Experience I get more and more into techno music and became a huge fan of Air Liquide a Techno duo from Cologne who worked also together with my great hero by that time Holger Czukay and  I did one of my favourite tracks of Air Liquide - If there was no gravity as a cover song in 1998.
I didn't like the complicated programming with digital equipment and got a huge interest in analog synthesizers and that lead straight to Astrosound.
And after I got tired about techno music in 2000 it lead to emptyblaukraut music. This is the start of my electronic side. Industrial Tracks, Wild Experiments, Cosmic Music and kinky grooves. you will find it all here:

This is the new single of Stolle & Member emerged right out of the soundcheck to our latest live concert at Members Ride into the half century Birthday Party.

The Title track is borrowed by the Sex Pistols. The B-Side  is the classic Kraut/Blues Track... empty blau kraut....

Egomania - Autumn (2016)

A brand new Egomania EP called Autmn. 

Member recorded these new tracks through his new 15 watt tube Ashdown bass amp to reach new sonic depths. He was heavily influenced by the music of Anna Von Hausswolff during last Autumn  and so he dedicted his new recordings Ashdown  & Anna Von Hausswolff.

Musically this is a typical Egomania Record - Spacy and spiritual. 

A Psychedelic Journey that takes you to the Autumn of your heart.

The Whole - 7. Psychedelic Network Festival 28.11.2014

Our great gig at the 7. Psychedelic Network Festival in Würzburg. 

This time we played without the help of krautrock legends like Damo Suzuki or Ax Genrich and we proofed to be a very cosmic and energetic force.

The Band was:

Astrosound - Modular Session Log 2014

A new Astrosound Session comes from the farest corners of outer space. This time Member visits Heiko in his Feldrauschen Lab in Offenbach to work with Heikos self build Modular Synthesizers. With them Astrosound will travel in farest outer space, acompanied by old friends, like, for example Juno 106 & MS 10.

This flight is a very glitchy and experimental affair. Have fun on your Journey through Astrosound Territory....

Us two not quite old men met at Stolle's place to taste some single malts and get sentimental about our pasttimes. We also managed to record some new stuff. This is a rough mix of an instrumental piece we did. More to come, maybe.

MIRG - Basar

Dear listeners,
today we continue posting music we recorded last autumn during our workshop at Reuschberg Academy with our most beloved project MIRG.
This time you get live improvisations recorded at the kitchen as well as in the chapel (the grass is always greener, dylan, no tears and MIRG Basar), heavily edited by Stolle who has worked his way through hours of stuff.
As always, everybody plays everything, though you can bet it is Marcus playing frenetic percussion stuff, Member wailing on electric guitar and Stolle singing (mostly).
A special mention has to go to the ukulele Marcus brought with him, which we happily used in most of the sessions, as well as the handy pocket synths we are so fond of right now.

Ralf und Stolle: abendsee

Two new tracks recorded live by my new project with Ralf. The session took place in my house, Feb.4th, Ralf plays Keyboard and I'm playing acoustic guitar (abendsee) and stylophones, synth and sampler (ohne wille). Slowly we are learning what this thing is about. Hope you enjoy it!
